Rev. Kay Lynn Perry is the Pastor of the Elizabeth City First COTN. She works bi-vocationally as the Senior Director of Performing Arts and Operations for the School of Communication & the Arts at Regent University in Virginia Beach. Previously, she has served as Executive Pastor of the Virginia Beach First COTN, the Discipleship Pastor at Tidewater Central COTN in Virginia Beach, and as the Founding Pastor of Sanctuary International COTN in Bloomington, IL. She holds a DMin in Women, Theology & Leadership from Northern Seminary, an MFA in Theatre Directing from the University of Alabama and a BA in Communication Arts from Eastern Nazarene College. She and her husband Steve have been married 36 years, and they have three adult children and one grandchild.
